Physical Therapy

Whether your neck, shoulder, back, knee or another area of the body ails you, Tri-County Health Care’s Physical therapists have an established history of helping individuals improve their quality of life. Because our physical therapists are experts in knowing how the body works, they are able to design personalized treatment plans to reduce the risk of injury in everyday activities or sport and teach people not only how to move freely again, but also how to manage all four of the body’s major systems – musculoskeletal, cardiovascular/pulmonary, neuromuscular and integumentary (skin) – to achieve one’s maximal functional status with long term results for many conditions that may limit one’s ability to participate in desired activities in the home, at work or for recreation.

Tri-County Health Care’s Rehabilitation Center provides private treatment rooms that are spacious and quiet with adjustable lighting. The gym provides an environment to treat people all ages and diagnoses with a multi-station strength training station, recumbent bikes/NU-Step, various aerobic training equipment, balance equipment, and a high ceiling to allow for simulation of outdoor activities.

Our physical therapists are trusted health care professionals who work closely with you to evaluate your condition and develop an effective, personalized plan of care to help you achieve your goals whether you are living with a condition such as diabetes or multiple sclerosis or recovering from an amputation, surgery, a fall, or sports injury.
