Video Visits

Because the health and safety of our patients are top priorities, Astera Health is now offering Video Visits. This new way of receiving care connects you with our Astera providers right from the comfort, convenience, and safety of your own home.

What are Video Visits?

Video Visits are scheduled appointments with Astera providers to evaluate, diagnose, and receive treatment in remote locations using technology (such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer). It allows both new and existing patients to access medical expertise safely, efficiently, and without the need to travel. Throughout the appointment, you will be able to see, hear, and speak to a provider, and they will be able to do the same with you.

To find out if a Video Visit is appropriate for you at this time, please call 218-631-3510. If this is an emergency, please call 911.

How to use Video Visits

When you have scheduled an appointment with your provider, follow these easy instructions to help ensure a successful Video Visit.

For equipment or technical issues, please call the Support Hotline from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at: 320-255-6599.
